Obtained from our grapes harvested exclusively by hand, this straw-yellow sparkling wine caresses the palate with its fine and persistent perlage.
Its fruity aroma, particularly apple, pear, and citrus, fades into floral.
It’s excellent as an aperitif and goes well with seafood dishes, legume soups, pasta with delicate combinations of seasonal vegetables, fresh cheeses, and white meats.
The serving temperature is 6-8 °C, to serve in flute glasses.

Semi-sparkling white wine

Exclusive blend of white grapes, including the native Incrocio Manzoni 6.0.13, grown by the Antoniazzi family.
It is a unique proposal to introduce the virtues of our hill and our love for this territory.
The elegant straw yellow colour creates a perfect combination with its refined perlage, which invites you to take another sip. On the nose, the aromatic bouquet reveals tropical and ripe apricot scents. Soft, savoury, with good minerality and body, velvety and fine.
It goes well with appetizers, first courses, white meats and fish.
The serving temperature is 6-8 °C.

Mondragone Rosso

Red wine

Exclusive blend of red grapes, including Marzemino, grown by the Antoniazzi family. It is a unique proposal to show the potential of our hill and our love for this territory.
It has an intense ruby-red colour with lively reflections. On the nose, it releases intense fruity aromas of morello cherry, black cherry and blackberry. On the palate, it has an intense, warm and persuasive flavour. It is well structured, with good persistence and body.
Velvety and soft, it goes well with red meat dishes, game, grilled meats, mature cheeses and typical Treviso sausages.
It expresses its best within 2-3 years from the harvest, but it also tolerates longer aging in cellars with ideal storage conditions.
The serving temperature is 16-18 °C, to serve in large glasses to allow slow oxygenation.

Merlot

IGP Colli Trevigiani

Brilliant ruby-red with purple highlights. Intense but fresh, genuine and balanced aroma with notes of blackberry, currant, and cherry. It has a dry flavour, a good length, and often with a characteristic herbaceous flavour, well structured and dry.
The ideal pairing is with roast beef, grilled meats, boiled and roasted meats, mature cheeses, poultry and rabbit.
The serving temperature is 16-18 °C.

Cabernet

IGP Colli Trevigiani

Intense ruby-red, the flavor of this wine evokes aromas of small berries: blueberries, currants, and blackberries. Lively but complex, its seductive bouquet opens with aromas of plum and cherries in alcohol.
It goes well with grilled red meats, game, roast beef, pork and lamb, festive lunches based on turkey, duck or goose and aged tasty hard cheeses, potatoes and grilled vegetables.
The serving temperature is 16-18°C to serve in large glasses, allowing it to oxygenate slowly.

The Treviso hills are the chosen territory of the Glera grapes, giving rise to this modern semi-sparkling wine with a floral and fruity aroma.
Its fresh, light and lively flavour, a symbol of simple but refined drinking, is ideal for convivial moments.
As an aperitif par excellence, it is also excellent with appetizers, fish, shellfish dishes, and it brilliantly accompanies an entire meal.

Bianchetta

IGP Colli Trevigiani frizzante

A grape variety mentioned since the late 17th century, known for its early ripening and, for this reason, it was used to refine Prosecco. It is grown in the steepest and most inaccessible areas together with Verdiso, with which it competes as a complementary in the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG.
With the aim of conserving this traditional grape variety and preserving the local ampelographic heritage, our company vinifies it in purity to enhance its uniqueness, obtaining an extremely limited quantity of bottles annually.
It’s bright straw yellow and the fruity aroma reveals notes of ripe apple and yellow peach on the palate, making it soft but fresh, pleasant, and harmonious.
Excellent with appetizers and delicate vegetable-based dishes.
The serving temperature is 6-8 °C.

Verdiso

IGP Colli Trevigiani frizzante

A centuries-old vine, mentioned at the end of the 18th century and native to the Treviso foothills.
Planned as a complementary vine in the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, our company, aware of its great potential, offers it in a semi-sparkling version to enhance its unique and inimitable characteristics. We produce a limited quantity of bottles annually.
Its straw yellow colour is crossed by clear and greenish reflections that announce its typical freshness. Delicate and with a citrus flavour, it is harmonious and pleasant, dry and lively, with a hint of Granny Smith apple. It is very pleasant and thirst-quenching in the summer when you can appreciate its dynamic acidity and shelf life when it’s hot.
It goes perfectly with snacks and delicate foods based on vegetables, fish, white meats and fresh cheeses.

Giert

Semi-sparkling white wine

“Giert”, in the local dialect, means steep. This semi-sparkling wine, whose name is inextricably linked to our hills where the Glera grape has found its ideal territory, is characterized by a bright straw yellow colour. With a light body, the taste denotes the liveliness, freshness, and flavour typical of it; the pleasantly fruity finish makes it enjoyable at any time of the day in convivial moments.
It goes well with appetizers and delicate first courses and it is also suitable as an aperitif and between meals.
